About the Role

We are seeking a talented Unity Developer to create engaging playable ads and high-quality gaming experiences. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Unity, leveraging tools like Luna by Unity (Playworks) to develop interactive 2D and 3D ad experiences for mobile games.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, artists, and programmers to deliver captivating gameplay mechanics, seamless performance, and integrated advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging playable ads and high-quality gaming experiences using Unity.
  • Leverage tools like Luna by Unity (Playworks) to develop interactive 2D and 3D ad experiences for mobile games.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver captivating gameplay mechanics, seamless performance, and integrated advertising solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Unity game development experience, ideally with playable ads, hyper-casual games, or interactive projects.
  • Proficiency in C# and Unity's 2D/3D systems; experience with other engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Godot) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Luna by Unity (Playworks) or similar ad development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile optimization techniques (e.g., file size reduction, FPS improvement, asset management).
  • Familiarity with ad networks (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ironSource) and their integration.
  • Understanding of game physics, UI/UX design, and animation implementation in Unity.
  • Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Solid grasp of game design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with VR/AR or multiplayer game development.
  • Knowledge of shaders, visual effects, or 2D/3D asset integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Previous work on mobile game deployment (iOS/Android).
