Support Services Team Lead

Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our support team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a support team to deliver top-notch customer service
  • Manage escalations, monitor performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and open communication
  • Oversee customer support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, including training, reporting, and automation
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve complex challenges and improve processes

Requirements
  • 8+ years of production environment experience
  • 5+ years of SQL and team leadership experience
  • Strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
  • Cloud systems experience (networking, storage)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce administration experience
  • Knowledge of Java, JSP, or jQuery
  • Utility industry or Smart Grid experience
  • ITSM/ITIL knowledge
