Are you an experienced IT Project Delivery Leader passionate about driving successful enterprise-scale technology projects? We're looking for someone who can lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, manage vendors, and ensure seamless execution of Dynamics 365 CRM and related enterprise application projects.

Responsibilities
:

  • Assist in prioritizing IT initiatives as part of the business and demand planning cycle
  • Align with project managers and business sponsors on objectives, scope, and timelines
  • Lead project kick-off activities ensuring resources, budgets, and timelines are aligned
  • Ensure technical deliverables are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliverables
  • Review solution designs, infrastructure, security, and integration plans
  • Manage project issues and escalations, driving quick resolutions
  • Re-scope and update project plans when needed
  • Train and mentor new delivery managers on project delivery methodologies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 15+ years working experience as an IT Professional, with at least 8 years managing IT project delivery,
  • Background in managing projects related to Dynamics 365 CRM or related enterprise solutions in the banking or financial services industry is a PLUS
  • Strong background in SDLC, governance, and project management frameworks
  • Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
