Job Description

Provide solutions for customer requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing customer support.

Requirements

Utilities Account: At least 1 year of college education, 1 year BPO experience. Good customer service skills. Willing to work onsite, on shifting schedules. Can start ASAP.
