Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers.

You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, assisting them with issues related to systems and applications. Your goal will be to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine desktop, network connectivity, hardware, and software problems in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and above-average communication skills. They will also have experience with Microsoft Office tools and be familiar with computer hardware setup and configuration.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish problem severity and make use of notification procedures.
  2. Monitor mission-critical systems and communicate alerts to supporting departments.
  3. Provide technical support and resolve customer issues using various contact channels and available ticketing tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical certification is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of systems, power devices, operating systems, and security.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Above-average typing skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
