Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workday Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing expert services using the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies.

Your primary responsibilities will include building, automating, and releasing solutions based on client priorities and requirements. You will also explore and discover risks, resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality, and bring potential solutions to the table.

In addition, you will ensure that all solutions meet client specifications and are delivered on time. You will lead testing support activities to ensure defects are resolved in satisfactory SLAs. Furthermore, you will assist with data conversion and reporting activities as needed.
