This is a remote position where you will contribute to the success of the business by providing exceptional customer support and experience to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support and manage client communications effectively.
- Handle calls, email inquiries, and other forms of correspondence with professionalism.
- Manage administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
- Oversee marketing and social media management to enhance the company's online presence.
- Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in performing day-to-day tasks.
- Stay updated on changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines to ensure seamless execution.
- Represent the company's core values to anyone within or outside the organization.
- Supply data and information to the leadership team as required.
- Perform additional services as needed.
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills are essential.
- A willingness to undergo background checks is mandatory.
- Possess good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
- A quiet home office work environment is necessary for productivity.
- A fast and reliable internet connection with backup available is crucial.
- A dependable electricity supply with power backup available is vital.
