Scale Affiliate and TikTok Shop Growth

Join us in driving revenue growth through affiliate and TikTok shop expansion. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the launch and management of our TikTok shop from scratch, grow our affiliate networks, and turn creators into revenue-driving partners.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires your expertise in affiliate and influencer marketing, TikTok shop setup and growth, and collaboration with designers to refine product listings and ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage TikTok shop/Seller Center from scratch, including catalog, listings, payouts, and workflows.
  • Define commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
  • Launch Spark Ads from top-performing user-generated content (UGC), test hooks/angles, and scale winning campaigns.
  • Partner with designers to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
Affiliate Program Management
  • Manage and scale affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
  • Design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales.
  • Maintain accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards, reporting performance weekly.
Creator and Community Leadership
  • Build and manage a central hub for affiliates and creators.
  • Keep partners engaged with campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
  • Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with design/editing to categorize UGC and repurpose across ads, product pages, email, and social media.
Collaboration and Operations
  • Work directly with the CEO and growth team to align goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
  • Share insights and actionable growth reports with leadership weekly.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing; TikTok shop/Seller Center experience from setup to scale is a plus.
  • Fluency with ShareASale, UpPromote (or similar) and knowledge of designing incentives, tiers, and contests that drive revenue.
  • Outreach skills, relationship nurturing, and creator engagement expertise.
  • Data-driven approach: comfortable with UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.
  • Effective communication, execution speed, and outcome ownership.

Before You Apply

Please note that this is a full-time role, requiring your dedication and expertise.

You will be responsible for your own taxes/compliance and must provide reliable equipment (laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, camera/mic).

Core collaboration hours are 6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. PST, with a 2-hour flexibility window.

The first month includes a training/trial period with scaled pay.

Payments are made weekly via PayPal or bi-weekly via Wise.
