Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Affiliate Growth Manager to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to scale our affiliate networks, launch and manage TikTok Shops, and partner with creators to drive revenue growth.

  • Key responsibilities will include launching and managing TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch, defining commission structures and creator onboarding flows, and launching Spark Ads campaigns.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and scaling affiliate programs on ShareASale and UpPromote, recruiting and retaining high-performing affiliates, and designing and running leaderboards, contests, and referral bonuses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of TikTok Shop/Seller Center setup and management.
  • Proficiency in ShareASale, UpPromote, and other affiliate program platforms, as well as experience with outreach, relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
