Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled TikTok Affiliate Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your knowledge of affiliate marketing and social media platforms to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing affiliate programs, creating and executing campaigns that deliver results, and working closely with influencers and content creators to promote products and services.

  • Affiliate Program Management:
    • Leverage your expertise to manage and execute TikTok affiliate programs, focusing on maximizing engagement and revenue.
    • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to create and promote affiliate links, ensuring that affiliate content aligns with TikTok trends.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization:
    • Develop and implement strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize efforts and deliver results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure TikTok affiliate content aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Data-Driven Reporting:
    • Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate affiliate program success.
  • Compliance & Best Practices:
    • Ensure all affiliate content follows TikTok's community guidelines and legal requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's platform and trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on key metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for staying ahead of trends in digital marketing and social media.
