Key Responsibilities:
  • Creator Sourcing & Management: As the primary creator manager, you will find and onboard TikTok creators who can deliver high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. Your role includes identifying, vetting, and managing contracts with these creators, ensuring their work meets performance expectations.
  • Content Creation & Trend Execution: This position is responsible for staying on top of emerging trends on TikTok, guiding creators to align their content with these trends, and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Content Performance & Optimization: By analyzing performance metrics, this role identifies areas for improvement, recommends creative iterations, and coordinates with internal teams to test and scale successful content.
Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years in digital marketing, UGC/influencer campaigns, or creator-led growth, with hands-on experience in short-form content creation required.
  • Soft Skills: Strong trend sensitivity, fast execution mindset, excellent communication, and creative judgment are essential for success in this role.
Work Setup:Remote-first with occasional in-person collaboration or creator meetings.
