TikTok Growth Hacker Role
This position plays a pivotal role in spearheading our creator-driven growth strategy to amplify brand visibility and drive conversion through short-form video content on TikTok.
The successful candidate will oversee the sourcing, onboarding, and management of content creators, primarily focusing on TikTok, and lead user-generated content campaigns that feed into paid, organic, and marketplace funnels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creator Sourcing & Management: Identifying, vetting, and onboarding TikTok and short-form creators (nano to micro-tier), managing contracts, communications, and deliverables, building and maintaining a database of trusted creators, and matching them to specific brands or campaigns based on style, tone, and audience.
- Content Creation & Trend Execution: Monitoring emerging trends on TikTok and short-form platforms, translating these into brief, actionable creative directions, aligning creators with trends while allowing room for their own execution style, and maintaining a content calendar to manage cadence and coverage.
- Content Performance & Optimization: Tracking performance of UGC and creator content across platforms, identifying top-performing creators, hooks, and formats, recommending creative iterations based on data, and coordinating with internal teams to test and scale winning content.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, UGC/influencer campaigns, or creator-led growth; hands-on TikTok or short-form content experience required.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong trend sensitivity, fast execution mindset, excellent communication, and creative judgment.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Values & Work Ethic: Aligned with speed, creativity, ownership, and resourcefulness.
- Work Setup: Remote-first with occasional in-person collaboration or creator meetings.
