TikTok Content Specialist Job

We are seeking a creative and strategic professional to lead our brand's presence on TikTok.

The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with TikTok trends, has experience growing accounts organically, and can produce engaging short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Grow social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook); reach out to creators, negotiate percentages, and grow daily with more creators; manage contact.
  • Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly TikTok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce viral content.
  • Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach.
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Manage TikTok community engagement (respond to comments, DMs, etc.).
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.
  • Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software.
  • A deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.
  • Experience working for an e-commerce company.
