Chief Customer Experience Officer

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of front-line supervisors and staff in a virtual environment. The manager must be able to motivate and inspire the team to deliver customer-centered service through times of change.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Leads a team of 8 to 10 front-line supervisors and staff, with a total span of control of over 100 employees across 24/7 service shifts.
- Directs the overall service-related activities for the team's customer service function, supporting the company's customer experience and operations strategies.
- Develops and manages business plans to achieve objectives, focusing on improving the customer experience.
- Manages external and internal service compliance, identifying risk and opportunities to mitigate identified risks.
- Continuously identifies, analyzes, and drives service expense opportunities, delivering short- and long-term savings to the company and customers by enhancing the service experience.
- Strong operational orientation and competence.
- Proven results in leading an organization and peers through changing business and/or operations priorities.
- Excellent leadership and management capability, specifically related to proactive succession management and performance management within the team.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and rally a team around a common vision.
