Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to perform critical network and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing material, capturing information, and providing network and shipment updates within tight time-frames.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound and outbound material, ensuring timely availability to couriers and adherence to security policies and procedures.
  • Capture relevant information and make it accessible to the Network for shipments, pieces, or handling units at the service centre.
  • Perform administration tasks, maintaining a clean and organized process area and ensuring equipment is operating correctly.
Requirements
  • Competencies: Effective communication skills (English and local language), spoken and written.
  • Educational Qualifications: Valid Driving License; Fork Lift License (preferable).
