Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Officer, located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes analyzing technical problems, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining efficient communication with customers to provide timely updates and solutions.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with broadband networks and technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
