Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, real estate development, or a related field, with a focus on land sector.
  • Strong knowledge of land acquisition, zoning regulations, and real estate market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
