About the Role

This is a fully remote role where you will manage the front office workflow of our client's growing physical therapy clinic, ensuring patients receive excellent support and a welcoming experience from their first interaction through ongoing care.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with our billing staff to ensure seamless communication. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records in our electronic medical record system.

Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch customer service to our patients, responding promptly to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in healthcare administration or receptionist roles
  • Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
