Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Healthcare Operations Specialist to support healthcare professionals with various administrative tasks. This remote position is ideal for a professional with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping healthcare providers deliver better patient care by managing their administrative operations.

This role will involve coordinating email and calendar management, customer support, file organization, and data entry using EMR/EHR systems and other healthcare software tools. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring billing, following up on claims, and managing insurance verifications.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role, with exceptional English communication skills and the ability to work independently. They will be proficient in using software and tech tools, quick to adapt to new technologies, and discreet when handling sensitive information.
