Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Account Team Lead to spearhead our team's efforts in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare BPO or similar setup.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare operations, DME, claims, and HIPAA.
  • Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and remote work environments preferred.
