Commercial Relationship Manager Position

About The Role

This highly cross-functional position combines commercial acumen, operational execution, and relationship management expertise.

  • Partner Success Strategy: Develop and execute a partner success strategy to maximize partner satisfaction, drive adoption of additional travel products, and increase revenue performance.
  • Partner Enablement: Lead onboarding, enablement, and daily engagement for partners, serving as their advocate within the organization.
  • Partner Growth: Drive adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across the travel commerce platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an excellent partner experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make informed decisions.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Business-level fluency in Korean and English required.
  • Proven Ability: Manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Travel or E-commerce Background: A strong plus.
