Job Title: Financial Analyst

Summary:

  • Develop and maintain financial reports to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and maintain Vena, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates of financial reports.
  2. Design, create, and manage Power BI dashboards that provide key insights to internal stakeholders.
  3. Build and maintain complex Excel models for financial consolidation, ensuring the accuracy of data.
  4. Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to streamline processes.
  5. Update and refine PowerPoint presentations used for board meetings, executive reviews, and internal reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Vena for financial reporting and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an offshore role supporting a global team.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and data integration processes.
