We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in business accounting and financial analysis tools.
The Financial Specialist will be responsible for managing company financial data, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and daily entries. This role also involves preparing and analyzing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing budgets, forecasting financial trends, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Implementing financial controls and operational procedures.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, with expertise in business accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Sage, NetSuite, Zoho, and financial analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking regarding financial processes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial data to non-finance audiences.
