Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Observability & Reliability Engineering Professional to safeguard system uptime, build world-class observability, and drive reliability across our platform.

This role requires expertise in monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems. You'll design dashboards, build alerting pipelines, and use automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering and operations—quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence. Your passion for keeping systems stable and proactive approach to detecting anomalies will be key to your success in this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.
Technical Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz).
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash).
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments is a plus.
