Job Summary

Observability & Reliability Engineer

You will take ownership of monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems. Your role will be to design dashboards, build alerting pipelines, and use automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime.

As a member of our engineering team, you will work at the intersection of engineering and operations—quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement monitoring and logging tools
  • Better automation using scripting languages (Python, TypeScript, or Bash)
  • Improve incident response processes and perform root cause analysis
  • Ensure distributed systems and cloud environments are reliable

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Team player with on-call rotations and handling production issues

Above and beyond requirements include:

  • High-uptime or mission-critical environment experience
  • Knowledge of advanced reliability engineering practices
  • Familiarity with low-code automation tools for operational workflows
  • Cloud certifications
