Job Title

We are seeking an intelligent and confident individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing data and processes, communicating effectively with customers, and guiding them through complex porting procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Become proficient in back-office porting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle repetitive data entry tasks with attention to detail and organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve porting-related issues by considering multiple perspectives.
  • Follow established procedures and adapt to updates or changes as needed.
  • Clearly explain complex technical processes to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Adjust communication style to ensure customer comprehension and satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek assistance when faced with challenges that cannot be immediately resolved.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of related experience, preferably handling porting tasks or similar responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and consistency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability to evolving procedures and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy in handling customer inquiries and concerns.
