Job Title: Payroll Expert

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Expert to join our team. As a Payroll Expert, you will be responsible for resolving and assigning tickets, accruals of bonuses, allowances, and benefits, monthly reconciliation of Fund Statements, monthly validation of Government Remittances, preparing monthly reports, allocation of cost centers, and conducting semi-annual and annual assessments of payroll processes.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve and assign tickets in a timely manner.
  • Accrue bonuses, allowances, and benefits accurately.
  • Reconcile fund statements on a monthly basis.
  • Validate government remittances on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including HR reports and ad-hoc reports.
  • Allocate cost centers for billings received from providers.
  • Conduct semi-annual and annual assessments of payroll processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
