You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business owners, providing tailored strategies that align with clients' organizational goals.

This position is aimed at leaders who can build a significant business within our agency and drive strategic initiatives nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business owners, founders, and key executives, becoming their go-to advisor on critical financial decisions.
  • Design and execute complex financial strategies for succession planning, corporate governance, key person insurance, and employee retirement benefits that meet clients' needs.
  • Act as a thought leader, leveraging expertise to manage complex accounts and deliver strategic insights and exceptional service.
  • Develop your client portfolio with strategic autonomy and the backing of a global network, training, and digital tools.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in financial advisory, wealth management, business consulting, or related fields with a focus on corporate or high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and business owners.
  • Deep expertise in finance, investments, retirement planning, and market analysis; ability to dissect a business's financial structure and identify opportunities for growth and protection.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with ambition to build and manage a sophisticated book of business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Certifications such as CWP or CFA are highly regarded.
