Financial Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in accounting or a similar discipline, and at least 4 years of accounting experience.
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage various financial tasks including daily receipting, monthly bank reconciliation, and bank account administration.
The Financial Specialist will also handle term deposit investment and maturity communication, financial reviews and report generation, monthly cash flow forecasting and management, year-end financial checks and accrual journals, and financial year budget preparation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling finance queries
- Daily receipting
- Preparing quarterly BAS and yearly tax returns
- Coodinating and managing Body Corporate loans
Requirements:
- A degree qualification in accounting or a similar discipline
- At least 4 years of accounting experience
- Experience in budget preparation
- Strong understanding of financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
