Customer Service Representative Job Description

Sitel has a strong presence in Metro Manila, with sites strategically located across the city. Our headquarters are spread across two buildings in OJV and Technopoint, situated in 1 Doña Julia Vargas, Pasig City. Just a few minutes away is our Eton Cyberpod location, which holds the highest number of associates, approximately 5,000. Completing our Metro Manila sites is Sitel Pioneer, located in Mandaluyong City.

Job Overview

We're seeking passionate customer service representatives who can embody our core values. As a representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through phone, online chat, or email. You'll be the voice of our brand, and it's your duty to develop personalized and memorable experiences between our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver WOW Customer Experiences over the phone, online chat, or email
  • Embody enthusiasm and a bold attitude with outstanding customer service skills
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team with open communication, excellence in service, integrity, and accountability
  • Built trust by working effectively as a team member and independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
