Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, providing fast and accurate support to customers via chat, email, or phone.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns using Gorgias and Shopify.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Timely Responses: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via various channels.
  • Ticket Management: Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver exceptional support experiences.
  • Staying Informed: Stay up-to-date about product updates and support best practices to ensure consistency in support delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience working with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Independence and Multitasking: Able to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once.
