
Help Desk Representative

We are seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for a variety of clients across industries. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism.
About the Role
- Provide technical assistance via phone, chat, or email to resolve customer issues
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective resolutions
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Previous call center experience
- Strong command of the English language
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
