Project Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our project meet the highest quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality expectations.
  • Analyze quality metrics and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Lead quality assurance programs, including validation processes and internal audits.
  • Train and guide project staff on quality protocols.
  • Investigate and resolve non-conformances and customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Planning: Develop and implement effective quality plans to ensure compliance with international standards.
  2. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Quality Assurance: Lead quality assurance programs, including validation processes and internal audits.
  4. Training and Development: Train and guide project staff on quality protocols.
  5. Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve non-conformances and customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in quality assurance and management in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with QMS standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.
