Role Description

We are looking for a Project Manager
to lead the development of our upcoming
Microcredential Courses
. This is a
full-time role based in Quezon City
, with some opportunities to work from home.

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end process—from planning, coordination, and content development to timely delivery—ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with our organization's standards. The role also includes coordinating and overseeing STEM education projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, executing, and closing projects
  • Managing project teams and workflows
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and partners
  • Resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management
  • Ensuring quality assurance of course content
  • Communicating with stakeholders and reporting progress to senior management

Preferred Background / Qualifications

  • Experience in
    project management
    (education, training, or e-learning projects preferred)
  • Strong
    planning, coordination, and stakeholder management
    skills
  • Familiarity with
    instructional design, curriculum development, or microcredentialing
    is an advantage
  • Excellent
    communication, problem-solving, and organizational
    skills
  • Skills in
    budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Education, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the non-profit sector
    is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
