Responsibilities
  • Accountable for all aspects of the project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, communicate, control, close).
  • Assemble the project team, assign responsibilities, and develop a schedule to ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress.
  • Identify and quantify variances in time, cost, scope, or quality, perform corrective actions, and communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards for project deliverables.
Competencies
  • Commercial awareness
  • Technical understanding of the solutions required for delivery
  • Project Management proficiency and ability to educate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PM processes and tools
Formal Education & Certification
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience required
Knowledge & Experience
  • 3–5 years of PM experience; experience in HR and Payroll or related ERP/enterprise software
  • HR consulting, payroll, and outsourcing industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with global customers and diverse teams
  • Vendor management experience
  • Ability to manage budgets in excess of 1M
