About the role

Rikonstrukt Builders Corporation, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Site Engineer) to join their team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the work of site engineers, technicians, and labourers to maintain high levels of productivity and quality
  • Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and other project documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or Site Engineer in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Relevant engineering or construction management qualifications
