Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.
    • Provide detailed financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting:
    • Lead the budgeting process, aligning with organizational objectives.
    • Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Maintain optimal cash flow levels through accounts receivable, payable, and treasury functions.
    • Forecast cash flow needs to support business operations and growth initiatives.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
    • Coordinate with external auditors for efficient audits.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls for accuracy and security.
    • Leverage technology to improve financial processes and reporting.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive financial management experience in a software or tech company.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial planning tools.
  • Experience working with cross-border financial operations is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
