Legal Intake Specialist

This is a role for an individual with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant providers associated with a client's treatment, not just the main facility submitted by the law firm. They will also locate billing providers and related entities using tools such as Chartswap, prior requests, and direct provider calls.

In addition, they will review and correct incoming ROIs (Release of Information forms), which are often incomplete or inaccurate. They will prepare accurate base forms and generate complete submission packets.

Furthermore, they will conduct a thorough QA review of each ROI packet, ensuring cover letters, affidavits, and provider-specific requirements are correct.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience requesting medical records from providers on behalf of law firms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify errors and resolve them efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Adobe and PDF editing/combining tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
