As a senior accounting executive, you will provide professional, advisory and executive support to management to assist in meeting the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and revenue-enhancing initiatives
  • Ensure accurate preparation and reporting of financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Review and analyze trial balance accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Approve transactions checked and verified by accounting personnel
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Graduate degree in Accountancy or related field, with Professional Licensed certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development and construction, commercial business or similar field as an Accounting Manager
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of more than 10 staff members
  • Proficient in financial statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
