About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Concierge Officer to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our Concierge & Clinician Team, you will be responsible for managing administrative functions, maintaining case contacts, and coordinating funding requests.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Customer Support (Webchat, Phone, or Case Management) or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
