About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative at Eastern Telecom Phils., Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient issue resolution and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with teams to achieve fast resolution rates and ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns via email or phone, meeting threshold expectations.
  • Release network fault advisories to affected customers and escalate issues to internal teams as needed.
  • Provide timely incident reports, fault histories, and service level agreement reports.
  • Develop process improvement projects to enhance team performance.
Requirements
  • A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field; preference given to new graduates or those with 6-12 months of BPO/Telco experience.
  • Academic competence, active school involvement, and leadership positions are highly valued.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules and on-site in Makati is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling articulate presentation to diverse audiences.
