Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Administrative Executive/Liaison Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers through various communication channels.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support to ensure they get the best use of our product.
  • Your key responsibilities will include managing and resolving BIR-related tickets, assisting merchants with BIR registration, and processing end-to-end BIR registration for merchants when necessary.
  • You will also coordinate with malls and merchants to ensure smooth onboarding and integration compliance, conduct product demonstrations, and handle operational management tasks.
