Fund Oversight Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of fund operations.

  • Prepare, verify and organize information for monthly client reports and financial statements.
  • Provide accounting and coordination support to ensure accurate records.
  • Validate and review Net Asset Values.
  • Analyze financial data to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Support colleagues in their tasks or with any issues that arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or financial designation is an asset.
  • 3-5 years' relevant work experience in fund accounting, securities instruments, settlements, foreign exchange transactions, reconciliations, and investment accounting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to set, manage and work to the expectation of business unit and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a group dynamic.

About This Opportunity:

  • This is a hybrid work arrangement role, requiring amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime, dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation.
  • Able to work in rotating shift.
  • Experience in using Bloomberg and SimCorp is required.
