Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to fill the role of Assistant Controller.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Manage the month-end close process
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
