About the Role:

This position oversees the daily operations of a finance department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support overall organizational goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, and financial forecasting.
  • Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
