The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product or service information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software
