  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide product or service information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software
