Job Title: Growth Catalyst

 

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead lead generation efforts and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of interested clients in ERP solutions and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, challenges, and objectives analyses for prospects to recommend tailored ERP solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system and stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market demands.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales.
  • Strong background in ERP / HR software solutions and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and familiarity with CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
