We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic professional to provide high-level administrative, financial, and project management support.

This role offers the chance to work closely with senior executives, handle confidential information, and drive business growth through effective strategy implementation.

  • Draft, proofread, and edit business documents, reports, and memos that align with our company's vision and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and confidential files while ensuring the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Act as the first point of contact for senior executives when needed, providing exceptional communication skills and diplomacy.
  • Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting using advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Write monthly executive reports highlighting key performance indicators and business achievements.
  • Help track expenses, operational KPIs, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Support the development of internal business processes, workflows, and tools to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of special projects that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Research and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our company strategy and contribute to planning initiatives.
  • Gradually take on Chief of Staff responsibilities, helping to streamline operations and maximize executive bandwidth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including data analysis and modeling.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
