We are seeking a mission-driven professional to support our Legal Department. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this individual will play a vital role in supporting both domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, revise, and manage contracts relating to domestic operations, including federal and state grant programs.
  • Provide compliance advice and support.
  • Draft and maintain internal policies and procedures for domestic operations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
International Legal Support
  • Oversee employment law compliance and HR legal matters internationally.
  • Manage business registration and regulatory filings for international operations.
  • Ensure tax compliance and proper reporting for international corporate and employment taxes.

What You Bring:

  • A law degree and active license to practice.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving legal issues.
