Job Title: Revenue Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Revenue Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in complex billing and revenue recognition.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition across our portfolio of accounts. This involves reviewing contracts for billing setup and proper revenue recognition requirements, identifying and setting up appropriate reporting tools to build invoice templates, preparing journal entries and complex schedules for month-end close process, performing revenue review and analytics on own account portfolio, communicating with Operations/Client Executive regarding revenue recognition requirements, and maintaining process documentation and compliance with those processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, complex billing, collections, and/or financial analysis. Experience with ASC 606 and telecommunications & call center operations is a plus but not required. Advanced Excel skills, ability to interpret complex contracts, and strong analytical abilities are also essential.
